Meet the Principal
Stephanie Schroder is the Principal and owner of Little Camelot Nursery School. Since establishing the school on 1 July 2020, she has been committed to creating a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn, grow, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
A qualified Foundation Phase and ECD educator, Stephanie has carefully built Little Camelot into a school that combines structured, play-based learning with a strong focus on school readiness, individual attention, and the development of the whole child. Under her leadership, the school has expanded to include integrated support services, small class sizes, and programmes that meet the needs of both typically developing children and those who benefit from additional learning support.
Stephanie believes that successful early education is built on a strong partnership between home and school. Supporting families, maintaining open communication with parents, and preparing every child for a confident transition into formal schooling remain at the heart of her vision.
She is passionate about leading a team that serves the community with professionalism, compassion, and excellence. Every decision made at Little Camelot is guided by the belief that every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.
